
Ingredients
- 2.5-3 # pork tenderloin
- 1/4c soy sauce
- 1/4c bourbon (Jim Beam)
- 2T brown sugar
- 1/3c sour cream
- 1/3c mayo
- 1T dry mustard
- 1T finely chopped scallion
- 1 1/2t wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method

Combine soy sauce, bourbon and brown sugar. Pour into ziploc bag with pork tenderloin.

Marinate for 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

Bring to room temperature before baking in marinade at 300F, basting frequently, to desired doneness. Alternatively, the pork may be cooked on the grill.

To make sauce, combine the remaining ingredients and serve on side.
