
Ingredients
- 2 packages boneless short ribs of beef from Costco.
- 1 bottle chili sauce.
- 2 cans coke or sprite.
- Cooked grits or mashed potatoes for serving.
Method

Dredge meat in seasoned flour and brown, without crowding, on stovetop in oil.

Place browned ribs in slow cooker.

Top with all of chile sauce and soda.

Cook on low until meat is for tender, probably around 3-4 hours.

Strain sauce and thicken before serving if desired.
