
Ingredients
- 1# ground turkey
- 4-6 scallions, chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2T sesame oil
- 2T soy sauce
- Ground pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying
- ½ c dark brown sugar (or less)
- ½ c soy sauce
- ½ c mirin rice wine
- ¼ c ginger, chopped
- 1t ground coriander
- 4 peppercorns, whole
Method

Make meatballs by combining first 7 ingredients. Shape into balls with scoop.

Fry, without crowding, in oil on stove top. Alternatively, you can bake in oven at 375F until browned and cooked through.

For sauce, combine ingredients from brown sugar to peppercorns in sauce pan and simmer until sugar dissolves and sauce is warmed through.
