
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2c sugar
- 2c all purpose flour
- 1/2t salt
- 2t baking powder
- 1t vanilla
- 1 stick butter (1/2c)
- 1c milk
- 1 stick butter (1/2c)
- ¾ c sugar
- 3t ground cinnamon
Method

Preheat oven to 350F.

Grease 9” x 12” pan.

In large bowl, beat eggs until blended.

Add 2c sugar and beat until combined.

Mix dry ingredients and then stir into egg/sugar mixture.

Add vanilla.

In small saucepan, melt 1 stick butter in milk, taking care not to scald milk.

Add to egg mixture and stir to blend well.

Bake 25-35 minutes or until cake tests done in center.

While cake is baking, combine sugar and cinnamon.

When cake comes out of oven, take remaining stick of butter and rub all over the top of the cake until all the butter is melted.

Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over top of cake.
