Ingredients

  • 1# ground pork sausage
  • 2 1/4c milk
  • 10 eggs (or just use the full dozen!)
  • 1 1/2t dry mustard
  • 1/2t salt
  • 3/4c shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 slices cubed white bread

Method

  • Fry sausage until browned and drain well.

  • Combine milk, eggs, salt and mustard and beat for 1 minute.

  • Stir in bread, sausage and cheese.

  • Pour into 13x9” ungreased glass pan.

  • Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes, uncovered.

  • May be prepared the night before. Store in tupperware and then pour into pan in the morning and bake.
