
Ingredients
- 1# ground pork sausage
- 2 1/4c milk
- 10 eggs (or just use the full dozen!)
- 1 1/2t dry mustard
- 1/2t salt
- 3/4c shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 slices cubed white bread
Method

Fry sausage until browned and drain well.

Combine milk, eggs, salt and mustard and beat for 1 minute.

Stir in bread, sausage and cheese.

Pour into 13x9” ungreased glass pan.

Bake at 350F for 40-50 minutes, uncovered.

May be prepared the night before. Store in tupperware and then pour into pan in the morning and bake.
