Ingredients

  • 2.5-3 # pork tenderloin
  • 1/4c soy sauce
  • 1/4c bourbon (Jim Beam)
  • 2T brown sugar
  • 1/3c sour cream
  • 1/3c mayo
  • 1T dry mustard
  • 1T finely chopped scallion
  • 1 1/2t wine vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Combine soy sauce, bourbon and brown sugar. Pour into ziploc bag with pork tenderloin.

  • Marinate for 6 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

  • Bring to room temperature before baking in marinade at 300F, basting frequently, to desired doneness. Alternatively, the pork may be cooked on the grill.

  • To make sauce, combine the remaining ingredients and serve on side.
