
Ingredients
- Arugula
- Hummus
- Recommendation: Cava’s spicy hummus
- Cucumber
- Orange bell pepper
- Yellow bell pepper
- Avocado
- Radish
- Feta cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil (spoonful)
Method

Get a large mixing bowl and cutting board

Chop the cucumber, bell peppers, avocado and radish

Add the arugula to a bowl with the chopped veggies

Add in a few heaps of feta
-
Mix 2-3 spoon fulls of the hummus in a small bowl with a small amount of olive oil
- Add salt and pepper to the “dressing” -
Transfer the hummus dressing to the large mixing bowl and stir together

Top with croutons, pita, protein etc
