
Ingredients
- ½ small head green cabbage (about 12 oz)
- 2 Persian cucumbers
- 4 oz sugar snap peas
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 2 small carrots
- 2 scallions
- 1 bunch of radishes
- Fresh dill
Method

Core and thinly slice the green cabbage.

Cut the cucumber into matchsticks.

Thinly slice the sugar snap peas.

Toss the cabbage, cucumber, and snap peas with ½ cup ranch dressing to coat.

Thinly slice the scallions on a bias.

Cut the radishes into matchsticks.

Then toss the mixture with the scallions and radishes.

Serve sprinkled with chopped fresh dill if desired.
