
Ingredients
- 12-14 medium-large shrimp, raw, tails removed
- Flour for dredging
- 6T butter
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 small onion, slivered
- 1c shredded carrots
- 1c broccoli florets, gently steamed
- 3oz anisette
- 2c marinara sauce
Method

Dredge cleaned shrimp in seasoned flour.

Saute shrimp in butter 2-3 minutes.

Remove shrimp.

Saute onion 8-10 minutes.

Add garlic and saute 1-2 minutes without browning garlic.

Return shrimp to pan. Add carrots, broccoli and anisette.

If desired, flame anisette.

Add marinara and heat through.

Great served with carrot gnocchi.
