
Ingredients
- 1/4 bottle of Veri Very Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce (comes gluten free & regular)
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs flank steak or skirt steak.
- Olive oil or avocado oil
Method

Marinate the steak
Pour the Veri Veri Teriyaki sauce over the meat in a shallow dish or ziplock bag.
- Make sure it is coated thoroughly.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least 30 minutes.

Remove the steak from the refrigerator 10-30 minutes before cooking so it comes to room temperature.

Place the cast iron skillet over medium high heat and allow to heat up for a few minutes before placing the steak down.

Pour olive oil or avocado oil into the cast iron pan.

Place the steak into the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
- Only turn the steak once.

Allow the steak to rest on a cutting board for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
- Add additional sauce on top while the steak is sitting for more flavor.

Enjoy with a side of rice, veggies or a salad!
