
Ingredients
- 3/4c panko
- 1/3c Steve and Ed’s wing sauce
- 1/4c chopped celery
- 1 egg white
- 1# ground chicken
Method

Lightly whip egg white and mix all ingredients together.

Form into meatballs (small scoop is ideal).

Bake meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet at 400F for 20-25 minutes.

Recipe says to drizzle cooked meatballs with ½c wing sauce (I do not) and to serve with ranch and blue cheese dressings.

Yields 24 meatballs.
