Ingredients

  • 3/4c panko
  • 1/3c Steve and Ed’s wing sauce
  • 1/4c chopped celery
  • 1 egg white
  • 1# ground chicken

Method

  • Lightly whip egg white and mix all ingredients together.

  • Form into meatballs (small scoop is ideal).

  • Bake meatballs on a parchment lined baking sheet at 400F for 20-25 minutes.

  • Recipe says to drizzle cooked meatballs with ½c wing sauce (I do not) and to serve with ranch and blue cheese dressings.

  • Yields 24 meatballs.
